TresDLab is a 3D printing studio that makes custom pieces: from technical prototypes to personalized figures and one-of-a-kind items. Before this project, everything went through WhatsApp and social media: every order, inquiry and sale depended on a direct message, with no place where a new client could get to know the brand, see its catalog or understand how the service worked.
I designed and developed, from start to finish, a website that turns that informal operation into a solid digital brand. It presents the 3 main services, a product catalog, the 4-step work process and the available materials, with several direct contact channels (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) so no sale is lost.
The challenge
The business depended entirely on WhatsApp and social media to sell. Without a centralized catalog, every potential client had to ask one by one what services it offered, which materials it used or how the process worked. That friction cost sales and made it harder to convey professionalism against the competition.
The design and development challenge was to build its own digital presence from scratch that removed that friction without losing what already worked: keeping direct contact through WhatsApp, where the business already sold, but supported by a clear brand, a visible catalog and a transparent process, all on a single page designed to turn visits into orders.

A direct presentation of the value proposition (“We create 3D objects with precision and no complications”) with an immediate WhatsApp contact button, so visitors who already know what they want can reach out without extra steps.
The 3 main services (Technical Projects, Custom Figures and Unique Items) presented with concrete examples, each with its own direct contact button.
The work process explained in 4 simple steps (share the idea, adjust the design, print and pick up), which builds trust with new clients who have never bought something like this.
A catalog of available materials (PLA, PETG, ABS and technical materials such as TPU, ASA and carbon fiber), for clients with more specific or technical needs.
Own digital presence
TresDLab went from relying only on social media to having its own website, with its own domain and a consolidated brand.
Centralized catalog
Services, products and materials are organized in one place, instead of scattered across individual social media posts.
More contact channels
The site connects WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, giving clients more ways to start a conversation without losing any sale.
Transparent process
The 4-step work process builds trust with new clients who did not know how a custom 3D printing service works.
